City of Aurora Mayor, Richard C. Irvin, awarded Kevin during BHM 2020 for his community impact work in the Black & Latino community.

Kevin received the FWD (For Women & Diversity) Award by FWD Collective in 2019 for his work with The Ideal Candidate & various impact endeavors.

Business Pitch Winner (multiple)

Kevin has won numerous business pitch competitions including the (pictured) Google for Entrepreneurs - Startup Grind Chicago Pitch Competition.

Community Impact Award

Kevin's company, The Ideal Candidate, received the Community Impact Award & $10,000 Grant by the Chicago Housing Authority CHCS.

Community Development Award

Kevin's company, The Ideal Candidate, received the Community Development Award by The Young Leaders Fund of The Chicago Community Trust.
